You have the right to access your personal information held by us, challenge its accuracy and completeness, and withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions). Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25.
You have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days, or as specified by regional regulation).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

International Data Transfers
Value Creation AI LLC is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
For transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (or UK IDTA for UK transfers) as the transfer mechanism under GDPR Articles 46 and 49.
